My innovative work was on the topic " From a Railway carriage by R L Stevenson". Innovative work evokes curiosity in students.It make the teaching learning process more effective and far better than usual mode of teaching.
This poem talks about a train ride. The poet is in a railway carriage and he describes the things he observes during his ride. He sees all these things very briefly because of how fast the train is. The poem is divided into four stanzas.

Third Week of teaching practice 💖💖💖 This was our Third  week of second phase of teaching practice .we reached the school at 9:15  am and signed the register .we met our concerned teachers in the school .The teachers were motivating and friendly . During this week i finished the chapter 'Tolstoy Farm' and from a railway carriage. Before directly entering into the chapter i create an informal talk .Thus i created an idea about the chapter . I used Activity card for giving questions related to the chapter .Each day i used various games and fun puzzle question to make the students active and everything worked well.This week we had a Memory development training programs for  students  on Thursday . students activily participated in the program.
